Reinforcing corporate values with a high-resolution display and an impressive welcoming statement.
Download ProfileFirst impressions count, particularly when you’re a global banking group operating in a very competitive market. This bank wanted to create an impressive, informative welcome for VIP visitors to its London offices. Electrosonic, working with the bank’s Corporate Communications and Real Estate Services team, was responsible for engineering and installing a reception display that would reflect the bank’s values and provide important corporate and event-related information.
The bank wanted two very large displays measuring 18.9 x 10.6 feet capable of displaying images at very high resolution. They also had to be able to run extremely brightly while minimizing energy consumption. The displays had to be capable of accepting content from conventional media production processes and be compatible with the bank’s global signage standard. While technical requirements were extremely high, the deployment schedule was even more challenging. Specification, engineering, fabrication and installation had to be completed in just eight weeks.
Electrosonic engineered Magnolia LED displays from SiliconCore to provide the essential high resolution while minimizing energy consumption during continuous running. This type of technology incorporates fine pitch variants to ensure the highest quality even on large-scale displays. Electrosonic was able to complete the fast-track project by collaborating with SiliconCore and the bank’s project management team and using its experience of deploying large technically demanding videowall systems.
The technical challenges, tight deadline and high visibility of the reception display meant that project experience and collaboration were critical to successful deployment. Electrosonic has adapted technology used in large venues to create high-quality displays in corporate spaces. The bank now has a flexible, high-impact reception display that creates an impressive entry point to its offices and communicates its global capability and corporate values to visitors.
High-resolution displays welcome visitors with pre-programmed ‘scenes’ appropriate to specific events or time of day.
