CHALLENGE
When you’re a global law firm with international clients, effective collaboration is a priority — relationships are critical in this sector. Face time is a must, but extensive travel is not. Eversheds Sutherland recognized the value of first-class meeting facilities when they decided to upgrade the auditorium and boardroom at their London headquarters. The firm wanted to create a flexible meeting space combining a large auditorium with a smaller breakout area. The audiovisual system had to be configured so that the two areas could be combined or used independently without affecting the meeting experience. Presenters must be seen and heard clearly regardless of the room configuration.
Eversheds also wanted the boardroom to become a more versatile, functional collaboration area. The long narrow shape of the room had a potential impact on viewing quality and audio clarity. The diverse nature of meetings meant audiovisual and control system had to accommodate multiple connectivity.
