We are investing in technology that will help our business grow and improve customer experience. We are not looking to invest large sums, but we want to update our current systems with new and improved experiential technology that drives ROI.

Technology design consulting integrates design thinking with a human-centered approach. It leverages creativity, innovation, and audiovisual system design to create unforgettable human experiences.
The story and customer journey is at the heart and soul of any experience, and both are crucial in driving the concept design. Authentic, meaningful well developed creative concepts can help organizations to connect with their customers and help the company thrive. However, knowing what the art of the possible within the space with the right technology, can be the difference between a good experience and an exceptional experience. Fusing architecture, storytelling and technology are critical elements in optimizing the story for the guest experience.
We are at the early planning Stage, holding internal discussions with stakeholders to determine key goals and looking at all the possibilities. We are taking different ideas into consideration, developing initial concepts and getting input on budgets, timescales and feasibility.
We continue to explore the potential of immersive experiences. We recognize the importance of fusing our story with the space and our brand. However, we want to build on our knowledge and find out more about creating exceptional human-centered experiences.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Memorable customer experiences utilize the ‘3P’ model: ‘Process’ – touchpoints on the customer journey; ‘Personalization’- reflecting customers’ individual preferences; ‘Polysensory’ – technologies that engage all the senses.
Rich, compelling and engaging experiences can be designed using the four E’s framework - The realms of human experience. Consisting of Educational (learning), Esthetic (beauty), Escapist (alternative realities) & Entertainment (pleasure and delight). On one end of the spectrum is the level of guest participation and on the other end lies passive participation, depending on the users’ needs for absorption or immersion. Generating certain sensations and emotional states is an essential part of creating customer experiences.
We have considered the ‘Process’ - what our customers need during their journey. This includes the different touchpoints they will experience as well as the steps and interactions we will use to create a richer and more valuable customer experience.
We understand ‘Personalization’- recognizing that each of our customers has a unique set of preferences, interests and needs. By designing immersive experiences personalized to the individual, we can ensure that each of our customers has a positive and lasting experience.
We have a holistic view of ‘Process’ and ‘Personalization’ and are exploring ‘Polysensory’ technologies to add a layer of depth to the experience and engage all the senses. We are excited about the possibilities these experiential technologies offer.

This is because the best partners collaborate to bridge between strategy and execution so that every element of your project design has been considered, turning a concept into reality.
We need to build more relationships with a wider variety of partners to support our project. We still have a lot of work to do to identify areas where we need specialist support at different stages of the project.
We have a list of preferred partners, but, to fill gaps in our knowledge, skills and resources for experiential spaces, we will be looking for new partners based on research, credibility, recommendations and referrals.
We have a range of partners to help with our project, but we are also thinking about sourcing new partners who can add value and enhance our experience with support for the more creative and technical aspects of the project.

To run a solution that includes IT and audiovisual systems, you need an ICT platform that enables multiple systems and applications to run simultaneously.
To operate a successful experiential space, you must have high-performance, reliable technology, including IT, audiovisual and control systems. The systems must be reliable to ensure the customer experience is always available with a minimum of maintenance. The system should also be scalable so that it grows with your changing needs.
We are still working on areas of our infrastructure that have major gaps. These include storage, low latency networks, and security. We are also considering cloud and virtualization solutions. We manage IT and AV as totally different disciplines.
Some modernization is needed to our infrastructure so that it can support newer technologies. We need to upgrade our IT and audiovisual systems so they can handle our key projects. We also need to improve virtualization, system monitoring, and management.
Our infrastructure provides our team with the best tools for driving growth, minimizing downtime and completing key projects. This includes high-performance storage, low-latency network security, optimized WAN, and virtualization. We proactively drive convergence via a strong ICT infrastructure.

Managed services solutions can shift the burden of support from in-house staff to outsourced support professionals. Managed services also help keep your systems up-to-date with the latest technology advances.
We have an in-house team to support our existing IT systems and focus on strategic technology initiatives. However, we recognize that experiential technologies will require higher levels of support and we may not have sufficient resources.
We understand that managed services can provide an extension of our internal team. We also recognize that our plans for new customer experiences will require different kinds of support, which managed services may be able to provide. We are currently scoping those additional services to see how managed services could help.
We are exploring managed services so we can shift the support burden, freeing our in-house team to focus on other strategic initiatives. To maximize our investment in technology, we need managed services to cover all areas of system support, from proactive monitoring and maintenance to escalation management, upgrades and training.
